Default Battery Help

Hey guys, I have a 2006 EZGO TXT 36v its all stock except for an alltrax XCT400 controller. My batteries have been wearing down faster that usual, so I tested all of the batteries individually and found that I had one bad battery. I changed it out then when I went to drive the cart one of the other batteries just exploded. Everything is hooked up correctly, all terminals are tight, water levels are where they should be? Any ideas why this could have happened? TIA!

Did this cart have a battery watering system installed?

Your old batteries are failing, the rest are ticking time bombs to do the same thing. You should just get the other 5 new, before the 1 new one is degraded to the level of the other 5 lousy ones.
