2005 ezgo pds throttle troubles
2005 exgo pds. cart runs wide open when solenoid clicks, when pedal is fully engaged cart loses power. same in forward and reverse. voltage reads 13.1 volts at white wire at ITS. should read 1.0 vots to 2.7 volts when engaged. voltage stays at 13.1 volts. any ideas? Batteries at 48 volts

Is the 36V battery pack reading 48V or does the cart have a 48V battery pack?
If it has a 48V battery pack, it isn't likely that the controller is a stock PDS controller and different controllers have different ITS voltages. ------------ If it is a stock PDS controller, the white wire (J4 Pin-4) should have 15.0V +/- 1.0V and the black wire (J4 Pin-3) should have 1.0V +/- 0.3V when the pedal is pushed just far enough to make solenoid click and 2.9V +/- 0.4V when pedal is on floor. |

My mistake. It is a 36 volt cart, btys read good.
