brake lights stay on
New to this forum...need some help
A few months ago in cooler weather my brake lights would stay on intermittently first thing in the am, as the weather warmed up throughout the day they returned to normal. Last week I washed my cart (spring cleaning to remove SC yellow pollen). Since then my brake light have remained on unless I turn the key off. 2015 CC Precedent. BTW about 18 months ago dealer replaced mcor under warranty, not sure if this part is related to brakes/light. Suggestions? |

Nope, the MCOR will not play into that. You need to check the pedal. Some kits have a pressure switch built in under the rubber brake pedal cover. It could be faulty...

I unplugged the pressure switch, brake lights went off. All other lights functioning properly, tail & headlights and turn signals. I cannot seem to find a replacement pressure switch anywhere online. Suggestions welcome.
