TXT Upgrade Advice

Well, im pretty sure the batteries are shot. I got the cart because the charger was broken, and after trying to charge the batteries individually, the previous owner deduced that they didn't work. He didn't want to spend the money to fix it, so he gave it to me. Im gonna give it a try to see if their is any life left in them, but if not, I may be looking at going ahead with the 48v conversion.

Johnny, what would I need to put on it to make the 48v conversion successful for stock tires. Im gonna get it running right before I worry about lifting and other stuff, since my old Marathon does great when its not overloaded.
