I bought an "off the shelf" motor. PQ and others may be able to custom make a motor that better serves your needs.

They are busy folks there. Only a few of them trying to run it all. I sent them an email a few weeks ago and had an answer in a few hours.

Clarification:

I'm sure their reputation is well earned. One lost customer shouldn't hurt their rep. It would have been worse to have taken my money then not performed. I'm sure they're busy on active customers.

Understood and I hope I didn't sound ugly in my previous statement as that was not my intent. I just meant I believe the Steen's to be good folk. I have actually been to the store and met them in person. It was cheaper for me to drive there instead of paying the shipping plus I could talk to them about what I wanted done. Bought 3 motors that day. And yes, they are busy. Just handling the knuckleheads from BGW is a task in itself.

Dumba$$es is why I could never be in sales/customer service. I'm just too honest and not PC enough.

Did cashier/customer service rep'ing at my dad's business since second grade. Back when we knew how to count change. I loved it when folks questioned my change. I'd call, "Mom", then count each and every cent one second at a time. Took them a minute to see I was right.

Wouldn't survive in today's environment, People are faster and stupider.
