Default Ezgo fully charged but won't start

My 36 volt ezgo is fully charged but it won't move. When I turn key on and press accelerator, the green light on the controller comes on. Cart does not move. I'm thinking its something really simple but need advice on what to check

when you press the accelerator, with the key on and the cart in either forward or reverse.....can you hear the solenoid click/activate?

It depends on which type drive system you have and the make/model of the controller used.
That is why I asked those questions in post#4 above.

Okay, that is an Alltrax AXE or NPX controller that says it is for an ITS throttle, so you've got a series drive cart. Probably a Medalist or TXT body style.

Attached is a schematic of a stock TXT/Medalist series drive cart with the solenoid activation circuit highlighted. The control wires on your controller are attached separately with push-on connectors, but are the same electrically.
