You guys have given me a few thing to try. To better explain where I'm at:
I tested the fuse, and both diodes in my charger, did the continuity check on the charge cable too, I started my charger by jumping two wires together inside the charger (cart unplugged from charger during this test). Checked cables and connections on the cart charge port, cleaned all radsocks (male and female ends). Somewhere I read that the batteries only need to be at 28v or higher to kick start the charger, I'm well above that. I have a ezgo dealer about two miles from my house. First thing this afternoon will be to take the charger there and plug it into one of his carts. That will certainly rule out the charger. Any more suggestions? Thx! Steve |

May want to make sure the turn on voltage is making it back to the solenoid in the charger. If there is a break in that circuit it won't know how to turn on

friend of mines charger quit working once. it turned out the sensor wire pulled loose on the end of the cord.
