rear end question
ok guys question on rear ends, on my g1 when cart is on the ground it will not budge forward or reverse pushing it, like the tires are locked. but lift the rear end and both and either wheel spins freely. any help? i have a snowmobile motor so i lost reverse and anytime i want to back it out of garage i cant just push it like my other g1s, i have to lift up rear end and pull out on a rolling car jack

Re: rear end question
OK, it's obvious that brakes sticking are not the problem, so.... belt is tight enough to keep the engine compression from allowing the cart to move? If you take the plugs out will it roll? Don't know snow mobile engines, can you loosen the belt tension any? Longer belt? May need to install a compression release! I don't know what else it could be..............

Re: rear end question
I agree with flintrock. I don't know anything else it could be. Is your drive belt easily removed? If so, pop it off and see if you can push it then. It would be good if you could find an old rearend out of a G2/G9 and fit it under the cart (you'd have forward/neutral/and reverse).

Re: rear end question
yes it has f/n/reverse kinda like this \!/ if you can imagine that as the shifter center is neutral but since your running the snow mobile motor you would have reverse and wouldnt have to push it any more unless you got stuck
