trouble getting clutch bolt out
I have a G1 and was trying to put crank seals in it and the first side I statred on , which is the clutch side, the bolt that goes through to the crank moved about 2 turns and will not move either way now,I may have turned it the wrong direction but I have no manual and turned as being right handed. Really in a mess Thanks for any help

Re: trouble getting clutch bolt out
I am new at this too- took my engine apart yesterday- had the same problem. Bolt comes out counter-clockwise, had to use an impact - try going forward and back a few times, thats what got mine to come out. Good luck.
