I live close by Western factory. I was able to penetrate their security once, and get inside their facility.

They explained their numbering system. Now im older and trying to remember the code.

In later years they changed from starting with the model number, and the later years numbering system was based on makong approx 1000 carts per year .

I think yours might me made in the 7th month of 97, and it was cart #
xxxxx whatever your number was 16??.
