Thanks to all--Spoke to Dw Inc. about an hour ago--$492.00 for a roll!!!! All else is vinyl (ech!). I'm on page 11 of the google search for "diamond plate rubber", calling away....it may be impossible in the end but I refuse to give up! Just thought someone here may have purchased some in the past...
Appreciate everyone's help though.

It's been on for 3 years...still looks new. Cost like $40.00

Awesome!
Two quick questions:
1. Does the material have a plastic-ish look to it? I know a lot of vinyl does, and while it doesn't look that way in your photo at all, I've had some concern that a vinyl material will end up looking cheap and plastic rather than durable and rubber (and this material, according to the site, is 100% vinyl).
2. How is the cushion? Does it have a bounce at all to it like rubber does or is the consistency more of a hard pvc-type feel?
This is the closest thing to what I've been imagining. Looks incredible in your photo. Thanks so much for the help.

It doesn't look plastic to me, most people thought I painted steel diamond plate. This material has no cushion but is not rigid. The material is very pliable and easy to work with. Has held up great for 3 years.
