Most likely the problem is in the F&R switch, the high amp cables(check all ends), or the motor in that order.

Scotty B, I have checked A1,A2,S1 and S2 at the post and the F/R A,B,C and D on front and back of the switch at the posts with B-. I have battery pack voltage with solenoid clicked and reduces to 0 volts as pedal is depressed on all tests. Motor bad?? Kids were riding it, no issues. They parked it and has not worked since. I have noticed she seemed kind of slow, struggled on small inclines and run time is decreased. The unit has new batteries with less than 20 hours run time total. Runs before every charge have never been over 30 - 40 minutes.

Is there a motor test I can do?

What is the pack voltage now?
With the meter still connected to the pack try to go... and tell us what the pack voltage drops to when the cart is asked to go but does not move.

You can test the F&R for continuity below

Will do this afternoon, at work now. Continuity test with cables connected or no?

You can test the F&R for continuity below
Pack voltage 38.5 and no drop at all when asked to "move" in forward or reverse. Continuity test as follows: F #4+#8 = .000ohm, #3+#5 = .000ohm.
R #8+#3 = .000ohm, #4+#5 = .000ohm. Wires connected. SORRY, just realized I had the meter on continuity and what I wrote; on the 200 scale all tests are 00.3ohm. (same same)
Note: Cart has not been on charge for two days

May have come across something. The schematic I pulled from the sticky to troubleshoot the solenoid activation circuit shows everything going to the controller being ok. However the green wire coming from the key switch on my unit goes all the way to the controller, shouldn't that have pack voltage to ground (B-)with key on? There is a blue wire on one side of the F/R micro switch with pack voltage to B- and the green wire goes straight to the controller. Green wire at controller to B- has 12.4 volts. Am I making sense?

Please ignore post 7 after 80 hours at work had me a little fuzzy. From the sticky on the ITS all test were normal until:
REMOVE THE JUMPER WIRE AND (-) PROBE
CHECKING CONTROLLER OUTPUT Connect (-) probe to M- terminal.
Connect (+) probe to B+ terminal.
The reading should indicate approx. 0 volts. (It was zero volts)
Slowly depress accelerator pedal.
The reading should show the voltage increasing to battery voltage when fully depressed. (It did not increase) If the voltage is at or near battery voltage and the motor is not turning, then the problem lies in either the forward/reverse switch, the wiring, or the motor.
If the voltage increases by a few volts (it rose by less than 1 volt) and then stops changing while the pedal is being depressed, remove the orange wire at the "Reverse Micro switch". (removed wire with NO change)
If the voltage is not at or near battery voltage, replace the controller.
If battery voltage is present, the problem lies in the reverse circuit.

Re-connect the orange wire.

I guess I’m looking at a controller; surprising since I had the dealer replace the controller and don’t have 100 hours of run time on it.

Scotty B, thanks for your help

In your first post you did the basic controller output test and the controller was putting out voltage when asked to. It seems the controller tested good and the problem is somewhere in the delivery system or motor.
