Default 2010 Cart Charger???

We are having trouble with a fixed up 2010 EZGO TXT PDS 48volt cart. The Batteries go dead and won't hold a charge very long! The batteries are only about 3.5 years old but this winter the actually went completely dead where we had to charge them individually to get them to hold a charge. And since then they have done that several times, where we have had to charge them individually to get them back up to where they would charge with the charger but now the charger will not charge the batteries I get a blinking green light and a whole lot of blinking Red lights. Which means there is a fault code! I tested the batteries each after charging them and they all are reading almost 8 volts! So I am looking for help! Could it be the female port on the charger? or the charger itself or the batteries??? The last time it did this the shop told me they did a decharge test on it and it was a at 45 minutes!

A 100% discharge test would be about 110 minutes. Based on the history & info you have given and the test result I would venture to say the batteries are toast.

That's what I was afraid of since they where let go down to nothing! But when we charge the batteries individually and test them they read almost 8 volts? but letting it sit over the weekend (since it rained here all weekend) the charge meter was almost done in the red again??? I added some distilled water to almost all the batteries!
