Default Help with 2011 RXV Please!!

Ok, I'm brand new to this. Owned this cart for about a week, was checking harness near key switch with a voltage meter to see about adding a state of charge meter. Don't know how but I guess I shorted the wires & wrecked the controller (as noted in another post). So, being a newbie that was beyond my abilities at this time. Took it into a local shop & so far they have replaced the controller (upgraded to 350amp Curtis), brake & throttle "switches". Now it will only move about 3 ft. at 2 mph then stops. They replaced the speed control at the motor, no change. Scanner shows no issues. They are grasping at straws now. Any suggestions where to look further??

What codes is it throwing?

Which controller is in it (I would assume since it was replaced, they did the Curtis, but I hate to assume anything)?

Did they replace the encoder bearing or does it have the external speed sensor?

If it was the bearing style speed sensor, those fail about 50-60% of the time because of improper handling during replacement.

I was actually there when they did it. It was just a plug-in on the outside of the motor (one screw). Took it off another working cart & simply plugged it in.
