Default Replaced my batteries and have a question

I just dropped some new Trojans in my buggie (RXV) and connected everything up. Plugged it in and started charging and realized I left the black wire from the harness disconnected. It was only charging for a few minutes before I realized it and fixed it. Anyone know what this wire is that connects to main B- and goes to the harness? Could i have messed anything up? I didn't drive it, just flipped it from rev to fwd and then off.

I looked at a SERIES diagram, a PDS DIAGRAM and a DCS DIAGRAM and on every single one of them, the ONLY wire that's on the B- goes to the Negative of the last battery of your pack.....its how your pack connects to the system. so you should be ok.

Sorry, forgot to specify. Cart is an RXV. There is a small 12ga wire from the harness that connects to the main B- with the controller ground.

Looks like it goes into the CAN bus connector on the wire diagram.

It could be the Motor Brake bypass - connection, or the - connection for the Accessory Harness connector. They are usually bonded in the harness into the main black wire, but they have been split in early RXVs. It really depends upon the year of the RXV. There were several harness changes in those early years.
