If you have a pneumatic angle grinder, you just place a wafer wheel on it and place in "X" across the stud/nut and then you can pop the pieces off with a flare chisel or vise-grips.

Just wanted to post an update to this. I had my cart serviced by David at Revolution Golf Cars (TahoeDawgZ71). Me and him are only a few miles away in the Augusta area.

He replaced the studs as needed (3 of them actually -2 more studs broke later on after the creation of this thread). He also replaced my brakes and did a general tune up. Cart stops much better and I can actually lock up the brakes now (I could never get it to do it before - that's how weak it was).

Real happy with the service experience so figured I'd post it here. Thanks again David.
