C54 kit precharge failure

I have a 1986 club car 36v that I converted to a CartsUnlimited C54 solid state kit with hd f&r switch and 2 gauge cables. When I installed I got a precharge failure( 1green, 6red) and checked over things. Found I had the diode backwards. So I order more diodes and put in correctly and still have same error. What should I try next? Please help. Wife is upset I "broke" the cart. Thanks.

For those wondering, the microswitch on the new f&r was bad. This document helped me figure that out oddly enough. Thanks for the help.
