Diagram help:C54 install with HD F&R 1991 DS
Hi everyone, I'm new here with a 1991 Club Car DS former V-glide. I got the C54 universal kit from Carts Unlimited. The directions are great but I only got a wiring diagram for the SW182 or SW202 reversing contactor. I just replaced the HD F&R switch 5 months ago so I didn't want to get the contactor now. I'm not sure how or if I can translate that diagram to work with the HD F&R switch. I've been searching for days now looking for a diagram to install the Alltrax SR48500 using the heavy duty F&R switch with one MS. The closest I've found is "SR to Club Car DS 1995 to present, with carts unlimited HD F&R switch." I'm just not sure if that will work, seems like there are some extra switches in there and no mention of half speed reverse. I'll include pics of the diagrams I'm working with. The Alltrax book has diagrams but very similar as it's 1994 and newer or generic they have extra switches. I know that I have to stick with one diagram but I don't know which one to go with. Also, I emailed ScottyB he told me to check page 5 but theres no diagram there so I don't know if I'm missing a page or if I just don't get it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Ugh. Why are you putting a universal kit in a Club Car?
There are some very CC specific parts and notes in the correct kit for this cart. |

C54U is designed for Taylor Dunn, Westinghouse, Cushman, Harley Davidson...and anything other than Club Car. There is a whole slew of Club Car and Ezgo conversion kits. Shoot me another email. We will get you on the right track.
