I suspect you should start checking for (+) power in the main controller plug. Start with pin#6 from the footswitch
The solenoid is not clicking. Should I still start checking power on the pin connector?

I appreciate all the help. I found a local guy who works on Alltrax controllers so if I can't get figured out soon at least I have a back up plan.

Please just look at the key switch and make sure there is power on the Green wire.

The Blue wire should have power only when the key switch is ON.

The IQ controller is powered by pin #10 (tan wire), but that power comes from the key switch.

The foot switch is not relevant until the controller is powered.

I have power to the green wire on the key switch and power to the tan wire at the pin connector.

While checking, the green led flickered ever so slightly for about a second. Something has to be loose. I jiggled everything and couldn't recreate it though.

While checking power at the pins the LED flickered. Try pushing the same pins in again with a small screwdriver to see if you can recreate the flicker.

I pushed the wires in as suggested Scotty and that worked. LED is on.

I'm getting 1 green and 3 red which means over voltage but the monitor screen is showing 49 volts when in run mode key off. When I turn the key on the monitor screen goes crazy then shuts down. Video below.

The overvoltage setting on the controller settings page is set at 62

Default Alltrax XCT 48400 Won’t Power On

It’s also saying the charger is plugged in. Need to change the charger interlock setting.

Edit: after watching again at the end the key switch and charger flash true, false true false. I’m willing to bet you still have a couple bad connections

Put the old controller on just to see if it would work because my wife is busting my chops. Now it just it just goes in forward whether you you press the pedal or not. I'm thinking diy electrical golf carts aren't for me. I'll probably just take it to somebody.

Don’t lose faith so fast. It seems like you had it right before just have a couple bad connections. It’s probably in the big plug that goes into the controller
