Dual action allows for a softer ride when the cart is light. When weight is added to the cart the leafs compress making contact with an extra support leaf. This is the best option and they dont cost much more than heavy duty springs.

What he said above. Not sure if it raised or lowered that cart from where the hd springs had it because I added 3” lift at the same time.
