CC DS Power Drive 2 Charger - Sticky Residue
I recently took the cover off of my of my charger and found a sticky residue in there. Can anyone help identify what this might be and is it a concern?

Might be MFP (moisture, fungus proofing) Any idea how it got there? Does it look sprayed on? Is it in just one spot or all over?

Re: CC DS Power Drive 2 Charger - Sticky Residue
when I took the metal cover off - it was right on the top of everything - just under the actual handle. I have no idea. I bought the cart a week ago and the charger came with it. I got zero info from the previous owner so I have no clue. it only appears to be at the top though. almost like a caramel color and texture. Sticky as hell

Somebody probably spilled a cola on it.

From the description of it (caramel color) It sounds like shellac based MFP. Shellac will dissolve in alcohol. Somebody may have spilled beer, wine or whiskey on it.
