I like newer better and also the 25-30mph. I think the controller is already missing off this. If you see anything sense let me know. I can take more pictures if needed.

Look under the cover and see if the controller is there. Is the wiring harness complete and in good shape?

I’ll check when I get back home. Pretty sure controller is gone already.

Hopefully it’s not a flood cart.

It should be pretty obvious. Check the harness connectors and look for corrosion.

Around here if a motor and controller are both either missing or bad, it almost guarantees it was flooded with salt water.

But up there may be different[emoji106][emoji2532]

Doesn’t look flooded but these wire were cut.

Looks like the controller is gone and they cut the controller 16 pin harness plug out.

New IQ harnesses are in the $150 range. A new harness will rewire pretty much the whole thing and then you just pick out a nice high amp controller, solenoid, and a motor upgrade.
There are plenty of controller options that would not require a new harness plug. You would just need a wire diagram to identify each wire so it can be correctly connected to a new controller.

Check the fluid in that rear axle for water and for sparkles/metal flakes, and spin the input shaft by hand to feel for play or roughness in the bearings.

What a terrible way to remove the controller plug. You will need a new harness.
