RXV vs TXT
I saw a thread on here a couple of months ago describing the differences between the RXV and the TXT. Have a friend trying to decide and wanted to share with them, but I can't find the thread. Can someone tell me the differences between the two models? I have an RXV, so that's the model I'm familiar with. Thanks!!

Re: RXV vs TXT
I'll just add that the RXV is for cosmetic and mechanical tinkering only with the excetion of voltage reducers and add-on electronics hooked to that only. Fooling with stock wiring and switches runs the risk of damaging the controller.

Re: RXV vs TXT
And the RXV also uses the electromechanical brake, and regens the batteries while coasting.
The TXT does not. Uses mechanical brakes. |

RXVs depend entirely on regen braking while the above mentioned TXTs have both regen braking and mechanical braking. The RXV's regen braking will completely stop the cart while the TXT regen braking will only slow it down to walking speed or so. IIRC, the 2-Five version of the RXV has both Regen braking and mechanical braking (disk brakes) |
