Default Re: 36v Battery Gauge/Volt Meter Problem

can someone show me a quick schematic for wiring and LED battery indicator with 3 poles ( + , - , C), for a 2008 EZGO 36 volt cart? I have run wires from the pos and neg poles at the end of the battery series (passenger side of my cart) but not sure which wire on the ignition to connects to the "C" so that it lights up when the cart is switched on.

How many studs are on your switch? Use your voltmeter to find the one that is off when the key is off, and on when the key is on. Run a wire from that stud to C on the meter...

I just picked up a 2-wire meter from DX.

Wired it up with a separate switch for the meter.
Simple as can be and CHEAP.
