Many precedent carts no brake lights.

Hello first post...just took over a fleet or 07-08 percedent carts. during my first cycle of pm's i noticed none of them have brake lights but the running lights work. apparently the pervious shop manager had been tasked with disabeling the horns so best i can see he removed the button and harness. where are the horn buttons mounted normally? I have the precedent maintence manual and see that the whole harness is missing which contains a loop to power the brake lights along with the horns. I made a harness that works but do not have the proper terminals or connector and they fall out with vibrations. Does anyone know if you buy a new horn button does it come with the whole harness or is it just the button? Can i buy just the brake harness without the horn button/harness? Or is there a kit i can get with the terminals and the 9 pin connectors? Thank you in advance.
