Re: Bench programming alltrax
Scotty, adjusting that throttle up at 3 as you suggested, solved my lunging forward at takeoff.

Re: Bench programming alltrax
Does anyone know a specific link to download the driver for the RadioShack USB to Serial cable? I have the cable but do not have the driver! I need to change the map as the controller was set up for a stock motor and I have upgraded to a D&D motor since I purchased the DCX 400 PDS Altrax.

Re: Bench programming alltrax
I noticed that when I first installed the original Alltrax controller, but when I upgraded, I planned ahead and installed the solenoid at a slight angle and with only one bolt. So, I could easily access the hole. I probably need to mount it with both bolts since programming the controller isn't an every day occurrence.

Re: Bench programming alltrax
Got my controller in today. ,In the process of programming it. The red led blinks 3x(hpd. throttle hasn't gone to zero during this power on cycle) is this normal while bench programming it? Also I set the throttle up & down to 7 is this going to be enough or should I just set it at the max? AND is 20 under and 60 over voltage alright? Do I need the 1/2 speed reverse? thanks guys
