Default pds cart frw/rev switch ?

got a pds cart that when you push the frw/rev switch to forward, it activates the reverse beeper?? the cart wont run either direction. new batteries all wires look like they are hooked up in the right locations. Any suggestions??

So, you installed new batteries, and nothing else has been done to the cart? Did you switch the controller to "tow" before doing the work? Did you switch it back to "run" after the work was completed? Why did you install new batteries? What is the voltage at the cart charge receptacle?

the batteries were just done and wouldnt hold a charge. I ran the ESC test and I have 38.1 volts on the battery side of the solenoid and 28.3 on the controller side.. ??? Bad resistor??

The whole beeping when forward thing is what has me right now...dont know what that is about

I didnt put the new batteries in..the owner did so i don't know about the tow/run switch

Is it a constant beep or morse code beep. if its morse code beep look up the code on the controller cover.

constant beep just like it would be when the swutch is in reverse

When I do the test it beeps 2-1 which is low voltage...cart shows 38.9 across the pack and the charger works just fine

They have a radio gettofied in the right glove box covering up the plate so I dont know the year. I do know it is a PDS cart as the tow/run switch and f/r switch in the dash
