Default Rear end noise

I have a 2002 club car ds electric that has a noise in the rear end. It sounds like a stick is hung under the cart and is dragging on a cart path but there is nothing hung under the cart. It only happens when you first start the cart and goes away after a few minutes of riding. Any help will be appreciated.
