Write down the lowest reading you get from each battery test run, then post em all here so we can see what you are dealing with. Often a bad cell will 'drop out' and you will get a 4v reading.

Thanks everybody, These carts I picked up to flip 2 ea. For the heck of it I put on one of the other chargers and its running alot longer than the other charger when it shut off. The other orig charger shut off and this charger has been working hard for 2 + hrs. maybe the other charger is bad?
