Just my 2 cents worth. The spring seat (from these pictures) looks like metal to metal damage. The sliding sheave is very damaged and looks like the zerk fitting is missing? Who many times do you want to do this job? Let say 100.00 for parts and if greased on a regular basis.....no breakdowns,no "growling" and your cart has power to the rear wheels and climbs. I now money can be tight, but I like the "do the job right the first time approach". Enough from me. Good luck Dave

So now the dawg is shat over there in their house because the clutch is hurt.
The tools are cool just keep me up to date that you have not forgot where I am at.

When it gets cold and you are bored or fighting with the boss of the house take a ride and have a beer.

The surface of the sheave looks fine but the bushing is shot it looks like its never been greased we tried to and the zerk broke right off.

I think he is going to buy a new sheave and new shoes and hopefully it will be good to go. Does it look like the spring seat will be alright with just some new shoes?
