Re: G16 Clutch Removal Help
I was finally able to get everything apart and I noticed that the weights have flat spots. Should I replace the weights also?
I greatly appreciate your help |

Re: G16 Clutch Removal Help
Got a picture? I can't remember ever changing the weights. Make shure the pins didn't get damaged if the rollor got worn all the way thru.

The flat spots wont show up on a picture very well, but you can feel them with your finger. Do you think the weights should be replaced?

Re: G16 Clutch Removal Help
I don't think so. Also check your belt width, if 1" or less change it, that could have had an effect on a weight getting by the roller.

Re: G16 Clutch Removal Help
If the flat spots are near the heal(pivot) end they may delay the engagement a little is all.
