Help! Starter spins but cart won’t go
My pal took our hunt clubs 97 cart (not sure of model) out across a very bumpy field. He got off to check something then went leave but the cart wouldn’t go. The starter spins but that’s it.
Any ideas on what to do? |

loose starter generaterter belt, tighten it or replace it. also make sure its clean

If you mean the engine is turning too but not starting, try the usual like a little starter fluid, new plug, check spark, etc.

check to see if the engine is turning over when the starter spins, if it doesn't then check the belt, if you put 10lbs of tension on it it should deflect 1 cm
