Tom, I could "almost" see a company (ITP) trying to screw over an individual, but to not warranty a dealers personal cart wheels, that have a lifetime warranty??? Really makes you think, as an individual customer.........

Guess I'll stick with my Fairway Alloys..

Yeah, I HAVE sold quite a few ITP wheels over the years, I don't push them anymore. Hard to sell quality that your not Feeling.

My plain old aluminum wheels still look good, never polished just washed a lot. Bought them in '99. But they are Douglas wheels with ITP center caps. I could not believe how light they were without the tires. Yeah that is bad chrome or they didn't clean the wheel before plating.

Got the rims got them installed.
Now trying to get a credit is a whole different ball game

trying to reach people at nivel they never call back & havent issued me a credit

A real mess something got ****** up because when I bought the stuff from Jakes I had it shipped to Florida
Where I had a friend bring them in Canada for me

Now they agreed to replace them as long as I paid for them till they got the damaged one back

Since the rims where now in Canada (original invoice Florida address) they changed the RMA #

& since Jakes got bought by Nivel they look after all the transactions

& the Girl at Nivel never returns calls, today apparently Beth found the problem & is trying to get me credited, since the rims are back at their shop

Hopefully this will be settled soon.
