I think I ended up running a 132 dynajet main with a drilled out stock muffler and a 3" k&N. I was running a 150 with a dirt bike exhaust and it was perfect. VERY loud. I ended up removing the exhaust after my wife, kids, father in law and neighbors complained.

Both Tom at CPP and Don at Plowman have the main jet upgrade.

I ended up playing with jet sizes for a week. Only takes 5 minutes to swap main jets out after you get in practice. jets are only $2.75 from Dennis Kirk.

$2.75 each at dennis kirk page 550 in ATV Catalog
http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/produc...uctId=17240280

Uni Filters are $16-35 page 582 in new ATV catalog

the length is not important-
you can always go remove the stock air tube and measure it.

I sold my g9 last month so i cant measure it anymore

The length is important...don't want it hitting the seat.

The correct OD on the carb is 1.5 inch, so the k and n filter flange I'd needs to be 1.5 inch...just incase anyone else is looking. Will have the k and n part number soon for the 5 inch that will work.

or can go right on the carb straight out

g16 to g22 is a complet different model because the carb is held in place with the air box

those have to be bought from plowmans or cart part plus

I am using a 135 main jet with a clamp on UNI filter from an XR100. It is the same size O.D. as the cart carb. They were like $13 from my local Honda/Yamaha motorcycle dealer. I figured that would be the cheapest route for me as they are easily cleanable and cheap/readily available to replace. Since you are not going to be running a modified exhaust I would stick to a 125 to 130 size main jet though because I am running my cart with an exhaust set up similar to shawn.m. that is much less restrictive than the factory exhaust.
