A guy wanted his engine rebuilt. what I saw was ...the cooling fins were packed solid with dirt and oil = no cooling. The oil was black as night = no lube. The filter was worse than you show and he wanted to know why the engine 'failed' .... i had to say it didn't fail, it was killed.
