Anyway, the rod assys were ordered today--with a discount and free shipping because I drove all the way to Mville--said I would get them tomorrow. I'm happy. If I ordered over the phone, I'd have gotten the wrong parts.
I bought their heavy duty tie rod assy awhile back. Had to drill out all the holes for the tie rod ends but the rods and the ends are lot beefier than stock.

I'm pretty sure these are stock parts. The part # that I saw in their book looked like a Yamaha #. We'll see. The damage--it's slight--is probable course abuse

Dave,
Check those S shaped 1/4" pieces that are bolted to the spindles. The outer tie rod end, bolts to it. Make sure they are flat. One of mine was bent a little bit, and I had to hammer it flat.

Now-- or maybe it's always been like this and I never really took notice--the passenger side front tire seems to be pointed to the right when the drivers side is straight.

Is this a simple fix? Just disconnect the tie rod end from the wheel and adjust accordingly? Do I center the wheel and adjust both? Nothing is loose or bent. The lift was on the cart when I bought it.

Thanks-------
For the toe check I used a set of 1/2 and 3/8 aluminum tubing. One slides inside the other. Like the man says put it across the inside of the rim in the back and slide the tubes. Mark it and put the tube across the front of the rim. G16 service book says .04 to .43 inches for Toe fully loaded (Zero mm Zero inches)

Thanks for all the tips The parts came today--not heavy duty, but standard replacement. I'll mess with it tomorrow. Lots going on here right now.
