Re: Club Car Gas Engine Tach
Still no luck I did the tubing thing that did not work and I changed the plug wire and that did not work. I guess it is the pick up.

Re: Club Car Gas Engine Tach
Keep us posted if that ends up being the issue.
Also, I love the paint on your cart. A big chunk of my Mom's family grew up in Louisiana so we root for LSU all the time. |

Re: Club Car Gas Engine Tach
Well the tach not working is the issue and I don't know what to do next. I talked to the support people and all they say is send it back. I just want them to send me a new inductive pick up.
The paint job is done with spray cans it took about 20 can to complete the paint job. What does the caption Not Yet Wild mean? |

Re: Club Car Gas Engine Tach
Did you tell them you already installed it? I work for a large aftermarket parts supplier and we aren't able to send out a "part-of-a-part" so to speak. But in some cases we'll send you out another kit, you take out the part you need (the inductive pick up), put the defective one back in the box with the rest of the new kit that you didn't open and either send it back or have it picked up. That way you don't have to uninstall your tach and wiring. But I don't know who you bought this through so I don't know if that's an option.

Re: Club Car Gas Engine Tach
I brough it on line from Walmart and had it delv. to the store near me. I guess I could send the whole thing back but I would rather just get a new Senso I really think it is the sensor I don't know what else it could be.
