Default Starter pulley size

Did a quick forum search but didn't find anything. I'm in need of a replacement drive clutch (with pulley... don't ask) for my 93 cart and I found one but it has a smaller starter pulley. What's the signicance of the smaller versus larger diameter pulleys? does it need to be matched up to the starter/generator that's installed?

The smaller pully will spin the engine fast if the starter and battery have the strength, it will spin the starter generator slower may be reducing the gen out put.

Here's a pic of the back of a drive clutch I'm selling (sale pending). This clutch has the smaller pulley. The larger pulley diameter will eclipse the fixed sheave diameter (they have almost the same diameter). It's an easy 3-bolt swap if you have the large pulley on hand. If you buy a brand new drive clutch from Buggies Unlimited it comes with the large pulley on it.

markfuga here's my clutch sale thread. If my pending sale falls through and the guy doesn't email me back by Wednesday I'll offer it to you. I'll even swap the large pulley onto it if you like. Let me know:
