Default Tach choices ????

Hello everybody, I am looking for a tachometer for my 2002 cc tgat has fe290 . I would like a blue led read out if possible and 2 inches or less in diameter. If I can't get that I would like a analog tach that is back lit 2 inches or less in diameter . Anyone know where I can get one or know of part numbers?

Most tachs will require a square wave form signature in order to operate and that you can achieve by using a hall effect trigger and a powerful lightweight magnet attached to a rotating surface running at crankshaft speed (Clutch or flywheel). Other than that, your options are very limited. A "Tiny Tach" might work for some but I personally don't care for them since they are slow to react and darned hard to see at a glance.
Sorry I can't be more helpful but do try the search function up top. There is a good amount of information to be found.
All the best,

Chris.

The Equus 8068 is a great tach, but it's 3 3/8" dia. Inductive pick-up, adjustable for single cylinder and you can change the display color. It can be flush mounted.
