Just incase anyone wants to know what checklist I'm using this was provided to me by FLIGHT SYSTEMS INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS the company that rebuilt the controller last March. If anyone has any ideas I would greatly appreciate the input.

Correction pin 17 is going to the main solenoid which is correct. So after sending hours tonight I'm back to the hall effect sensor and micro switch being the problem. So when testing the voltage of the sensor I show zero volts but when I push the pedal down it jumps all the way to pack voltage immediately, I mean not even 1/8th of a inch and the voltage is maxed out. I unhooked the sensor all together and it did the same thing like the hall effect sensor was doing nothing. Once the micro switch was released from it postion pressing on the throttle rod it goes to full voltage no gradual increase. I know this is wrong but did I just buy a brand new bad hall effect sensor? I also adjusted the rod to be further from the hole of the sensor thinking I need more space to no avail.

I'm a bit confused about your sensor measurement...
Did you purchased the correct 0-5v sensor? Could you take a pictue of the accelerator assy with the new sensor? I have an oem sensor still here, we could compare the ohm reading... P.s 9.8kohm between black/blue wire pin on new sensor ( model x81703384 ) |

So can you explain when you press down your pedal do you see a slow gradual increase in voltage and if so is it in 4 or 5 volt increments? It couldn't be the micro switch right cause it's opening the current flow which in my mind says that's not the problem and I'm mistaken here?

I've just read your previous posts again and the FSIP diagram. With the pedal up, there should be zero volts from the footswitch (pin 3 on controller). With pedal depressed (switch closed) pack voltage 48v. Doesn't matter how far. That will activate the solenoid (pin 17)
The pot wiper signal in (pin 7) should be a 0-5v signal from the sensor (blue wire). So there are 2 different lines from the accelerator, microswitch signal + hall sensor signal. |

Just check the hall effect sensor and it show 10.0 ohms.
Yeah pin 17 shows no change in voltage when pressing the pedal down still at 48v up or down. |

Ok, ohms seems to be fine. But 48v on pin 17 (pedal up or down) are not.
Either your wiring in the accelerator box is wrong or the microswitch is defective! Please take a picture of the new installed sensor with the wiring. |

Sorry, I'm going to take some detailed pictures of my Hall effect sensor and microswitch wiring when I get home tonight and post them. I know that the ITS on the EZGO is not the same as a Hall effect sensor on a Tomberlin but the electrical principles are the same I have attached a photo of the ITS from an EZGO and my question why does the Tomberlin have power going to the Hall effect sensor and not on the EZGO. I would imagine the wiring is the same 1 wire is power =48v 2 is a ground 3 is from pedal to controller 4 is from controller to the pedal correct.
