Ezgo Marathon steering question

Hi i'm trying to do a wheel alignment on my marathon.It's actually a 97 804 d truck but has the marathon body and frame. When i think it is good i take it for a ride and when i check it again it is way off. There seems to be some play in the spindles. What exactly is inside the spindles and do they make replacement parts for them or do you have to buy new ones? Oh another question i have that i haven't gotten into much yet is at higher rpm there is a major vibration to the cart. I have noticed it while driving and when i have it in neutral and rev it up. Anyone have any ideas where to start looking?
