You need to verify this with D&D directly. They are great folks to deal with, and they stand behind their product. The symptom leads directly back to the throttle input setup in the controller.

I have verified with Logisystems that what I have is the 700 amp non-programmable controller with the ITS inputs. I'm not sure what the problem is. When ordering my controller from D&D, I told them what cart I had and they sent me what I needed. I'm thinking that I may have shorted something out in the controller while trying to install it.

Well, I have confirmed that both my cart and the controller are for the ITS input. If I said there was a spark or two while wiring the cart, would I be allowed to post in here again? Anyway, it was a sick feeling to think that I had just damaged my $500 controller. I called Logisystems and told them that I thought this was the case and asked if they would be able to fix it. They said send it back and they'd be glad to fix it. They said that the Logisystems warranty stands, no questions asked. I told them again that I was responsible for any damage to the controller and they said that they don't care and to send it in. They would fix it at no charge. They were extremely nice and helpful.

kflowe-Welcome- You tried three times to let Logisystems know that you may have caused the damage! They say no problem we'll fix it. Both of you have CLASS
