Best small trailer for cart
I'm in the market for a trailer for my EZ-GO, so I need some items. I have 2005 PDS EZGO with a standard 36V setup.
-) Trialer hitch. I have a 2+2 setup and would probably need an extended hitch setup. I've seen the one made by monkey-1 and I like it, but I would like to know my options given the following requirements: -) I need to have a cooler attachment, while still being able to transport 4 people. -) I want to attach a small trailer. The purpose of this would be to put the cooler in there, but also to transport some kayaks, ..... over short distances (+-500ft) |

If it's only being pulled behind your cart, you can't go wrong with this one from Harbor Freight only $129.00

That looks fine. How do you hook it up to a cart with a rear seat?

If you have a TSC (Tractor Supply) nearby, you can get that very same trailer for $99. I don't remember if it was on sale or not but that's what I paid at TSC.

Re: Best small trailer for cart
I haul firewood and leaves in a small utility trailer such as the one shown. They typically attach via a pin through an eye bolt mounted through the rear step frame rail. It works fine for me and doesn't reduce my ground clearance like a box receiver would. Sorry I don't have a pic of this. Let me check...
If you look close you can see the eyebolt. |

Re: Best small trailer for cart
I welded a small receiver hitch under my rear step to pull that same trailer.
When not it use I pull the hitch and there is no chance for a bruised shin. |
