Battery filling system
I have just taken delivery of my 2010 e-z-go golf cart. It was a display cart at a golf show which included the battery filling system and the filler gun at no cost to me. I was told all I have to do is hook the gun up to the garden hose and battery filling tube, then pull the trigger and when the little red prop quits spinning the batteries are filled to the proper level. That means I am using tap water which I understand is a no-no. My question is: Will this system work by gravity flow so I can fill the batteries using distilled water or does it require pressure? It appears to me that pressure is required but I can't seem to find any answers from the e-z-go web site about this. With out scrapping the whole system I hope someone out here might have a solution to this.
