1999 Electric EZGO TXT Burning smell
After we run our cart for a while i notice a burning rubber smell, what would be the most common thing to look for? It also acts like the batteries are low but are fully charged.

Re: 1999 Electric EZGO TXT Burning smell
Welcome to BGW!
Probably a bad high current cable or connection. If it is a series drive cart, it also might be the F/R switch. Feel the cables and cable ends after running cart. Do any feel hot? If so they need to be fixed. |

Every time I get that smell it is because a battery cable is loose. Check all of the connections before you fry a cable and get stranded.
