Re: What did you do to/for your EZGO today?
Yesterday afternoon, I removed the front shield, reran the wiring and incased it in the plastic wire incasing stuff (whatever that's called). I looked under there after installing things at different times and saw how sloppy it actually was. Now, it looks much better. I'm happy. Cart's happy.

I'm with you on that one. Maybe I'm getting old too, but that was the classic look. To me, that took more guts to run too. You had that motor up in front of your face. If it blew up, there was a good chance you were going to get a face full of engine parts. The first person that comes to mind when I see the old dragsters is Big Daddy Don.

Finished my Stereo Install and added my M35 Infiniti emblem on the back (to match my car) and a Silver OSU sticker on the front cowl. Lift should arrive Monday...next project.

Nice job on the stereo install FAW ....did you use any kind of bracket or brace on the head unit? Does it seem secure? I'm thinking of going this route opposed to the overhead console. Oh yeah how does it sound?

Re: What did you do to/for your EZGO today?
I only used the included sleeve that came with the Head Unit. Measured and cut with a Dremmel and it fit very snug. Then just hooked up the harness, attached to the HU, and slid it in.
I really like the 1 1/2 inch spacers. It allowed me to only cut a 5.5 Inch hole for each magnet and they only stick through about 1 inch. Sounds great. Using the spacers increased the sound exponentially. FAW |
