Voltage, Motor and Kwh questions...
Hello dear cartmunity.
I was wondering about this I own an Excar a1s2, 2010 model currently it's using the stock motor 3.7kwh, 48v with the stock curtis controller etc... as I can't have access to all those nice mods such as navitas or plum and stock motor are difficult to find. 1) what alternative can I use in case of defect of the motor ? obviously if motor change controller must change (as I can't reprogram it) and I would not use the exact same motor 2) is Votol, Blood or Fardriver a viable controller alternative (looks like similar to Navitas features except the OTF changes features) also as the motor is 12 years old, is there newer technology that would require less KWH or Amps etc... thanks for all the clarification you can provides notes: 72V motors and battery and controller are more easy for me to find, however most are for EVBike |
