How to download manual?

Hi guys ,just bought a 1980 yamaha cart and I would like to get more info on the machine.Can I download a manual for this cart?

They don't list a 1980 G1

I guess I could call them,but I was hoping to download something for free

Here's a previous thread where you could get it on CD for 5.00 - good deal, but it looks like's stopped selling them.

The Yamaha site does have the 1984 G1 owner's manual available as a free PDF, as they made the G1 from 1979 to 1984. Not sure what differences there are, but the basics didn't change much - probably a great deal of it is the same.
