EzGo ST 4x4 Service Manual

Hi all,

I did purchase the 2005 EzGo ST 4x4 that I was looking at. It seems to be in great shape and runs well. It does just as the PO described and has an erratic idle. When it idles too fast it is hard to shift and too low it wants to die. The hour meter does not work either so I have no idea of how many hours it has.

After reading some threads I'll be keeping my eyes open for a transmission since that appears to be the weak link in the drivetrain.......unlike my former Cushman.

Right now I'm looking for a service manual download but can't find one. I have found the owner and parts manuals, just can't find a service manual.

Does anyone know where I can download a service manual or purchase a paper one at a reasonable price?

Wish I had seen that a week ago since that is the one I purchased thinking it was a service manual. Sadly it is really only an owners manual with service intervals. I am looking for something that would show breakdowns of the transfer case, suspension components, etc....with torque numbers and so forth.

Maybe this will help. I found the book I'm looking for on eBay but it's $82!

Perhaps someone knows of where it can be downloaded. It's called

E-Z-GO Technician's Repair and Service Manual for ST 4X4 Gasoline Powered 4 Wheel Drive Utility Vehicle

I'd also be happy to purchase someone's used copy if they have one available.
