Best way to speed up a G22
I sold my 2001 G14 for a 2007 G29 and wish I never would have due to the rough ride of the G29. I upgraded my G29 with Plumquick motor upgrade and Alltrax XCT 300 and its scoots along fine at 22MPH.
However, I have a chance to pick up a lightly used G22 in great shape and the price is right. It will be used for golf only and I'm looking for speed. What motor and controller mods should I install for fastest speed if I buy this cart? I heard there is a motor called "The Rocket" that is suppose to have some good speed. |

Go with Plowman if you aren't decided on a vendor yet. Best speed upgrade is to do it all at once (motor, controller, solenoid, battery cables) and hopefully your battery pack isn't weak because the higher current will reveal and weaknesses in the batteries.
